IT Specialist

MTM is seeking an IT Specialist to maintain and grow our information systems and physical network .  This role will be responsible for supporting our IT Manager in implementing, training, and maintaining business software, as well as taking the lead on many physical network initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Specialist who has a strong business and technology background .  The ideal candidate will have 2 years proven track record of success in business or information systems, but we are willing to grow the right candidate as well.

Responsibilities

• Support IT Manager in architecting, implementing, and maintaining sustainable information systems and processes
• Support major Information Systems.  May be able to play a key role and some ownership if skills are proven :
• Enhance effectiveness of Acumatica, our cloud-based ERP system by building reports, notifications, automations, and access rights refinement
• Maintain CRM system data, build reports, workflows and sequences for sales effectiveness
• Maintain Xait, our sales configurator, as new product is made available for sale
• Opportunity to invest in training for ERP customizations if skillset and interest align
• Identify ways to transition manual spreadsheet work into automated software
• Digitalization in various functions
• Contribute to training documents that foster effective use of information systems
• Manage physical network - flexibility to perform upgrade work in-house or contract-out depending on skillset
• IT / Information Systems helpdesk and workstation setup
• Opportunity to grow into diverse areas of interest
