Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Manager at MTMC. The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales of medical devices and supplies in their assigned region, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of medical devices and healthcare supply sales
- Market analysis and Business opportunity identification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
Responsibilities:
· Master MTMC’s products and technical sales skills specific to the territory.
· Create and implement annual business plans to exceed sales goals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
· Utilize CRM to manage leads, sales activities, and customer information.
· Communicate market developments and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
· Address client concerns, maintain records, and comply with company ethics.
· Travel throughout the territory and attend required meetings and trainings.
· Requires 90% client site visits, with 10% administrative work.
