About the Role
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the face of MTN Lodge Ridgway, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. Your role includes greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and assisting with food and beverage service at the Basecamp Café—all with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Your contributions will not only enhance the guest experience but also help drive sales and profitability while supporting your own career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Utilize the Property Management System for reservations, transactions, and service charges
- Serve guests at the Basecamp Café as needed
- Communicate important information with team members
- Handle phone and email inquiries regarding reservations and hotel services
- Accurately process cash, credit card, and direct bill transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization in public areas, including the lobby, restrooms, and laundry facilities
- Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing packages
- Follow company safety and security protocols and report any concerns
- Work collaboratively as part of a team

Operational Responsibilities
- Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold our service standards
- Register guests, handle reservations, and conduct housekeeping audits
- Monitor inventory and manage vendor relationships
- Enforce proper cash handling, payment processing, and inventory procedures
- Adhere to company policies on conduct, attendance, uniform, and appearance
Schedule:
- Day shifts, evening shifts, and holiday shifts available
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service (Required)
- Work Location: In-person at MTN Lodge Ridgway
