Job Overview:
As a Housekeeping/Laundry team member, you’ll play a key role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Your attention to detail will help ensure every guest has an exceptional stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping & Laundry Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces and maintain hygiene standards.
- Vacuum carpets, polish furniture, and wash windows, walls, and sills.
- Manage soiled linens and maintain linen supply.
- Restock housekeeping carts with essential supplies.
- Teamwork & Efficiency
- Maintain daily housekeeping lists and manage room cleaning times.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Communicate important guest needs and operational details.
Guest Experience & Safety
- Greet guests warmly and respond to their needs with a positive attitude.
- Follow company policies on conduct, attendance, uniform, and appearance.
- Adhere to safety regulations when handling cleaning chemicals.
