We are currently seeking sharp, motivated, and dependable individuals that can help us keep providing exceptional customer service.

We are currently hiring call center representatives to join our high-volume and fast paced telephonic customer care team. Responsibilities are but not limited to answering a high volume of incoming calls and making outbound calls for all of Mountain View’s Service Departments. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, a stable work history, and individuals who can work both as a team player and who are self-disciplined to work independently and always maintain an enthusiastic, confident, friendly, and professional attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing, processing, managing, and tracking all dealership customers as it pertains to the service department.
• Handle inbound and outbound service calls with proven pre-set scripts and schedule service appointments.
• Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects whether by phone, by e-mail or in person.
• Confirms customer appointments and follows up afterwards.
• Address customer concerns or issues and escalates as needed.

Requirements:

• Punctual and dependable with the ability to work a 40-hour week with flexible hours (Monday – Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm, Saturday 8:00-4:00pm)
• Must be highly organized to complete work in a timely manner.
• Comfortable with navigating computer and using multiple platforms of communication.
• Exceptional professional communication including proper diction and grammar skills. Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish)
• This is an entry level position, seeking 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or as an operator or receptionist.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
