Anderson Injection - Technician 3rd Shift 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM $19.93
Moriroku Technology North America in Anderson, IN is searching for an Injection Technician to be responsible for machine, auxiliary equipment and mold set up to meet company objectives and departmental goals.
Responsibilities
- Monitors production performance to assure department goals are met
- Ensure effective process set up according to hard copy programs stored in process books
- Manages mold change priorities working with Team Leaders to assure internal and external requirements are met
- Monitor and evaluate machine performance and correct issues with quality or productivity
- Maintains proper 5S throughout the department
- Performs periodic quality checks of parts
- Completes all required process documentation including but not limited to Process Changes, Mold and Material Changes, and Startup Scrap
- Maintains a safe working environment following company policies
- May be required to operate machinery if needed to maintain production
- Aware of consequences to the customer, environment and the employee, if procedures are not followed
- Performs other functions as assigned
- Initiate communication to team leader and other technicians to ensure manpower and WIP are present before machine start up
- Assist in improvement projects and troubleshooting of equipment
- Ability work in a safe manner and maintain production requirements
- Must be able to accurately read and interpret process data
- Must be able to program machines and understand the effects of the change
