Anderson Maintenance - Technician 1st Shift 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM $22.87
Moriroku Technology North America in Anderson, IN is searching for a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment while following all MTNA safety polices and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support maintenance of building/structure; repair issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, some maintenance of grounds
3. Other duties as assigned by management

Moriroku Technology North America in Anderson, IN is searching for a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment while following all MTNA safety polices and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support maintenance of building/structure; repair issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, some maintenance of grounds
- Will troubleshoot issues and make repairs to production equipment, machines, and fixtures
- Analyze production equipment to determine effective countermeasures to minimize downtime and eliminate repetitive issues
- Update and maintain equipment logs, and other reporting systems and/or documentation as required
- Complete work orders, PM’s (preventative maintenance), and miscellaneous maintenance projects as assigned
- Assist in movement of production lines and equipment
- Communicate machine/equipment issues hindering production immediately to management
3. Other duties as assigned by management
Skills and Qualifications:
- Metal fabrication with MIG welding experience preferred
- Previous experience in related field or manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Experience with Hydraulics and Pneumatics, electrical, HVAC, and manufacturing equipment strongly preferred
- Self-motivated, proactive, with ability to prioritize with little supervision
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Stand/Walk at least 8 hours a day
- Bend, stoop, or kneel
- Mechanical aptitude with ability to take direction and work with sense of urgency
- Overtime may be required
