Anderson Shipping - General Associate Premium Pay 1st Shift $16.97
Moriroku Technology North America in Anderson, IN is searching for GAPP to prepare and stage daily shipments according to customer requirements in a safe manner following all policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Pull materials to match load list from Edibar
- Participate in physical inventories
- Maintain C & O while completing daily tasks
- Remove returnable containers from trailers
- Compare and document BOL (Bills of Lading) discrepancies
- Turn required paperwork into Technician
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Systems and continuous improvement orientation
- Quality orientated and attention to detail
- Problem analysis and resolution
- Aware of consequences to the customer, environment and the employee, if procedures are not followed.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use Shipping, Glovia & Microsoft office programs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong math skills
- Ability to operate a forklift and received an authorized license
- Drive Yard Dog
- Drive a forklift
- Stand/walk at least 8 hrs. a day
- Bend, stoop, or kneel
- Repetitive motion
- Lift and stack boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Overtime may be required
