MTNA Rainsville is looking for a Containment associate on 3rd shift.
Responsibilities:
Contain all parts based on the inspection standard.
Enter all containment findings in the scanner with pictures.
Cohesively work with all other personnel to ensure proper quality standards are met.
Coordinate with production to have parts repaired/replaced.
Attend all required meetings and other training activities.
Participate in New Model containment.
Other duties as assigned.
Complete all assigned tasks safely, accurately, and on time.
Maintain assigned 5S areas including cleaning up work area and properly disposing of trash and recyclable materials.
Must follow all MTNA-R policies and procedures.

Well-developed communication skills
Overall plant production knowledge and demonstrate proficiency in each knowledge base.

Good communication skills with ability to work as a part of a team.
Ability to follow directions (written, spoken, and visual)
Report any accidents / injuries /near misses immediately and cooperate fully with any investigations.
Follow all MTNA-R policies and procedures.
