Assemby Technician - 2nd Shift

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Production Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting products according to company standards and specifications. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain necessary forms for production.
• Follow work instructions to ensure product quality.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine tests and troubleshooting on assembled products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
• Document production data and report any issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in automotive manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing floor environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and various materials.
• Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Full-time, with potential for overtime based on production needs.
• Shifts may include days, evenings, or weekends.
