MTNA Rainsville is looking for a Relief Team associate on 2nd shift.
Purpose of Position: To support Paint line lunches and breaks and fill in when needed on the paint line.

Purpose of Position: To support Paint line lunches and breaks and fill in when needed on the paint line.
Responsibilities:
- Give breaks and lunches on paint line.
- Responsible for all preload/unloading small parts.
- Buff
- Be responsible for making sure production is being met and completed not only for yourself but others on the paint line. Notify Technician of possible shortages.
- Whoever has this position should make sure that they do everything possible to make sure we send good parts, make sure everyone involved is doing the job that they should be doing as a team. Compliance to all production standards including CWVP.
- Adherence to all quality standards
- Maintain assigned 5S areas including cleaning up work area and properly disposing of trash and recyclable materials.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Daily overtime required.
- Must always perform job tasks in a safe manner.
- Must be detail oriented and verify work is accurate.
- Ability to meet production and quality standards.
- Be able to distinguish colors as needed.
- Strong self-initiative and motivation. Must work well without constant supervision.
- Good communication skills with ability to work as a part of a team.
- Ability to follow directions (written, spoken, and visual)
- Willing and able to work overtime and weekends, even on a short notice basis.
- Regular and prompt attendance required.
