MTP Communications Inc. is a growing telecommunications company that is looking for someone who has great organizational skills, is detail orientated, proficient with excel and punctual. Candidate should be able to work independently.
The purpose of this classification is to perform duties related to assisting customers, schedule police details, and providing administrative support for internal operations. Candidate will have options to grow within company.
Responsibilities include:
- High organizational skills, attention the detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Be coachable and willing to learn and improve skills
- Performs customer service functions: provides information and assistance and responds to questions/complaints, researches problems, and initiates problem resolution; and responds to open records requests.
- Enters information into database and keeps tracks of jobs.
- Track and submit employee hours
- Communicate clearly and accurately with customers, vendors and management
Requirements:
- Team player who collaborates well with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Strong communication, trustworthy and responsible
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
