Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect/Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement Anaplan-based solutions that drive incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting processes. This role requires extensive hands-on expertise and strategic architectural oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical Anaplan solutions.
- Design and build Anaplan models, dashboards, and applications that ensure optimal performance and integration.
- Maintain and enhance existing Anaplan models while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Capture and deliver requirements for automation and data integration improvements.
- Test and debug Anaplan applications to address issues and maintain functionality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot Anaplan-related challenges.
- Stay updated on Anaplan advancements and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new features.
- Collaborate across teams (Finance, IT, Data) to ensure seamless integration of Anaplan solutions.
- Document technical specifications, system configurations, and processes to ensure efficient knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of Anaplan experience, including at least 3 implementations focused on incentive compensation and revenue models.
- Strong expertise in Anaplan solution architecture and model building.
- Proficiency in financial and enterprise performance management processes (e.g., incentive compensation, planning, budgeting, forecasting).
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and refine requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex business needs.
- Skilled at documentation of complex models and processes.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- A passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Anaplan certification is a plus.
