Position Overview
The Center Administrator serves as a key liaison between governing boards, medical staff, and department managers. This role requires strong leadership skills to oversee hospital operations while ensuring compliance with regulations and high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between hospital leadership, medical staff, and department heads.
Ensure compliance with hospital board regulations and HIPAA requirements.
Develop and implement policies for patient services, quality assurance, and departmental activities.
Supervise daily hospital operations, including budgeting and personnel evaluation.
Assist in recruiting, screening, and enrolling personnel.
Manage inventory and maintain adequate stock levels.
Communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision.
Ensure proper sterilization of instruments per OSHA regulations.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient visits.
