The client is seeking a CRM Integration Architect III with expertise in Salesforce and MuleSoft development. This role requires deep knowledge of application development, API integration, security best practices, and performance tuning. The contractor will work closely with stakeholders, Agile teams, and architects to develop and maintain scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Salesforce Development :
Develop and maintain Apex programming, Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, and Custom Objects / Fields.
Implement Salesforce security best practices, including sharing rules, field-level security, and role hierarchies.
Develop Salesforce workflows and process automation.
Provide support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
MuleSoft CRM Integration :
Design, build, and test cross-platform integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Implement security best practices using OAuth 2.0, JWT, Basic Authentication, and API keys.
Optimize integration flows for performance and scalability using Anypoint Studio.
Monitor APIs and integrations using Anypoint Monitoring Visualizer.
Collaboration Communication :
Work closely with business analysts, architects, and developers to gather integration requirements.
Ensure smooth integration with backend, frontend, and infrastructure teams.
Directly interact with clients and internal teams to support integration use cases.
Required Skills Qualifications :
10 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong MuleSoft development expertise.
5 years of application architecture experience.
Expertise in Apex, Omniscript, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience in API development and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, etc.).
