Position Overview :
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production operations for our facility in North Vernon, IN. The role involves troubleshooting and maintaining electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, including 3-axis CNC mills, conveyors, machine automation, and robots. This role requires expertise in diagnosing equipment failures, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring equipment efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, including CNC mills, robotics, and automation equipment.
- Work from mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and equipment specifications.
- Perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance per work orders.
- Read and interpret safety rules, operation manuals, and electrical prints.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following all procedures and regulations.
- Complete necessary documentation and reports related to maintenance work.
