  • Eligibility : US Citizens, Green Card holders, Green Card-EAD. NO C2C, ONLY 1099 CONTRACTORS, NO SPONSORSHIP
  • Location : On-site in NYC, NY. No relocation provided.
  • Contract Type : 1099 Only (6 months, expected).
  • Skills Required : Loan IQ, .NET, SQL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Performance Optimization.

Position Overview

Seeking a .NET Loan IQ Developer to maintain and enhance Loan IQ applications using .NET technologies. This role involves developing SQL solutions, troubleshooting, and collaborating with business analysts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance Loan IQ applications using .NET.
  • Design and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Work with stakeholders to define technical requirements.

    • Qualifications

  • 5 years of Loan IQ experience.
  • 4 years of .NET development experience.
  • Strong SQL and performance optimization skills.
  • English fluency (native / bilingual proficiency).
