Eligibility : U.S. Citizens only , eligible for security clearance.
Location : Remote (with 25-50% travel within the U.S. and occasional international travel).
Experience : Minimum 15 years of experience with SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) in manufacturing and distribution environments.
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MIS, Math, Operations Research, Engineering, Logistics, or Science.
Technologies : SyteLine 8 or 9 (required), MS Project, Excel, Access, Oracle / SQL (beginner level).
Role Overview
The Senior Business Consultant will provide consulting and training services to customers implementing CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP. This role requires expertise in financials, cost accounting, MRP, planning scheduling, project management, and process modeling.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and implement project plans.
Provide on-site client interaction and end-user training.
Develop deliverable documentation.
Analyze and recommend solutions for complex tactical-level problems.
Conduct manufacturing business process analysis and modeling.
Develop test plans and perform system testing.
Provide internal and external status reporting.
Required Skills Competencies
Deep experience with SyteLine ERP (8 or 9 required, 6 recommended).
Ability to optimize solutions across all areas of client organizations.
Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
Strong business and technical insight into Supply Chain forecasting, planning, and scheduling.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Experience implementing forecasting, planning, and scheduling software.
Knowledge of finite scheduling, simulation, and solver-based optimization.
Strong customer service and self-motivation to persist in complex environments.
