Role Overview
An AI-driven fintech startup based in San Francisco is seeking three Senior Full-Stack Software Engineers to join its small, dynamic team of around 20 people. With over $5 million in funding, this company is rapidly growing and innovating in the AI-powered financial technology space.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and develop software solutions that leverage AI technologies (LLM).
Define engineering vision, strategy, and product roadmap alongside the founding team.
Build and manage technical infrastructure, including databases, servers, and APIs.
Ensure security, privacy, and compliance of all technology and data.
Stay current with AI, machine learning, and financial technology advancements to drive product innovation.
Lead and mentor engineers, data scientists, and developers as the team scales.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service to optimize the user experience.
Qualifications
5 years of experience with TypeScript / JavaScript and frameworks like Express.js and Next.js.
5 years of experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Strong knowledge of AI technologies, particularly Large Language Models (LLM).
Passion for developing and enhancing customer-facing products.
Experience in a startup environment or small engineering teams ( 20 people).
Committed to clean code, robust architectures, and high-performance applications.
Compensation Benefits
Salary : $140,000 - $180,000 annual
