Position Overview
Seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Admin to support the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago in a highly regulated IT environment. The role focuses on ITSM, ITOM, process automation, workflow customization, and ServiceNow administration. This is a hybrid position requiring local candidates to Chicago or nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, integrate, and support ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Service Portal, Workflows
- Perform ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB maintenance
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Portal Pages
- Administer daily operations, troubleshoot, and resolve ServiceNow issues
- Participate in Agile methodologies and provide technical insights
- Communicate effectively across IT and business management teams
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow System Administrator and product certifications (ITSM, ITOM)
- Knowledge of Linux, Windows, Networking (IP Addressing, Firewalls, Ports), Databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle), Cloud technologies, Monitoring tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL best practices
