CNC Router Operator

Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC Routers and a strong understanding of machining processes. This role involves working with precision tools and equipment to create high-quality components that meet strict specifications. The CNC Router Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our production operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Routing machines to fabricate parts according to specifications and blueprints.
• Set up and adjust machine tools, including logic controllers, for optimal performance.
• Interpret technical drawings and CAD designs to produce accurate components.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify the dimensions of finished products.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.

Skills

• Proficient in machining techniques and processes.
• Familiarity with CAD software for design interpretation.
• Experience with Master CAM programming for CNC operations is a plus.
• Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to assemble components accurately based on specifications.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations related to material handling is beneficial.
• Competence in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
