Job Description
Primary Objective:
Responsible for the creation, control, and administration of MTS customer service contract orders from order receipt through invoicing utilizing specific tools and applications. Ensures MTS’s policy and procedures, government regulations, and audit requirements are followed and understood to mitigate risk to MTS and that all deadlines are met to ensure accurate fiscal period order and revenue recognition.
Major Areas of Accountability
Reviews contract/purchase order terms and conditions to ensure uniform application of contractual policies and procedures. Verify Expense Authorization Policy (EAP) approvals for all entitlement or billing plans are properly attached to the opportunity before contract creation. Creates service contract orders in the business management system (CRM) following established guidelines. Confirm bill to and shipping addresses are correct in accordance with customer master records. Timely balance transfer of unused funds from the previous service plan contract to the new service plan contract to ensure funds are available for customer use. Reviews and processes Billing Due List for all service activities weekly to ensure timely and accurate billings. Review contracts weekly for errors and release Bundled Service Contracts sold as part of equipment sales. Ensures correct service orders are opened within the contract that also includes intercompany orders for other countries. Manage Fluid Care Program by processing incoming oil samples, adding new customer information into the system and communicating results to the appropriate contacts. Responsible for managing and distributing incoming Purchase Orders across various online portals for all business industries. Other duties as assigned
General Qualifications
AA degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
OR high school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience.

General Qualifications
- Ability to clearly communicate in writing and orally.
- Ability to track and process multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem solving.
- SAP and Workforce Management software application experience is preferred.
- Travel Requirements: None.
