Job Description:
Primary Objective:
Develop, maintain, and support CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Tool for our company’s products and services to insure accurate and efficient configuration and quoting of customer solutions.
Major Areas of Accountability:
Configure, deploy, and support Product & Service configuration models and enhancements.
Continually improve Logic, Rules, and Tables and supporting documentation to assist with loading new products, enhancements, and functionality improvements.
Provide technical expertise and guide configuration structure, insuring rules and attributes are applied to create configurable products. Develop supporting documentation for new products and enhancements.
Provide guidance on developing test scripts for validating configurations with the cross functional product teams. Identify issues, make recommendations, and make modifications as necessary.
Work with product teams to assist with ongoing maintenance of tables, master data and configurations as new products, changes or enhancements are added.
Plan and coordinate change management required to maintain configurations successfully between SAP and CPQ tool. Manage the process moving change sets from between environments.
Identify and solve problems efficiently and effectively, staying clear headed throughout troubleshooting process. Understand the interfaces between systems to determine where problems are and how to resolve.
Provide input for the development of CPQ enhancements.
Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with cross functional team members in product engineering, product management, sales, marketing communications and operations. Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow innovators.
Develop and maintain modeling standards in accordance with vendor and MTS best practices. Maintain awareness of new features and vendor enhancements to improve efficiency, speed, and user experience.

Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer or Data Science, management information systems or a related discipline and 5 years relevant technical experience
or
Vo-tech certification or associate degree in data processing, computer science, management information systems or a related discipline and 10 years relevant technical experience or
13 years relevant technical experience.
Understanding of MTS – Test products and services required.
Preferred knowledge of enterprise-level applications, including CRM(Salesforce), CPQ (Oracle/Big Machines), and ERP (SAP).
Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
BMI or Oracle Yellow Belt Certification or willingness and ability to secure appropriate training upon selection.
Strong interpersonal communication and influence skills. Uses logic to solve problems and find effective solutions.
Analytical, looks beyond the obvious. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams as needed to achieve results.
Works with minimum supervision, conferring with supervisor on unusual matters.
Assignments are broad in nature, usually requiring some originality and ingenuity.
Has some latitude for open actions or decisions.
Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.
Participate in rotation on-call schedule for off hours support.
Some travel may be required.

Compensation Information:
The salary for this position ranges from $89,000-$116,000 based on education and experience.
