Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Lot Porter/Detailer/Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong marine knowledge and experience in boat maintenance, with the ability to work on various marine vessels. This role involves unloading of boats, trailers and engines while keeping the boats on the sales lot clean and neatly arranged.
Duties
- Detailing of sold boats as scheduled.
- Setting up display boat as necessary.
- Keeping the lot and showroom areas clean and tidy.
- Moving boats into and out of the service area.
- Assist customers while they drop off and pick up boats.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vessel’s needs.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A valid driver’s license is required; additional certifications related to marine mechanics are a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
