Overview
We are seeking a Bartender to join our team. As a lead bartender/manager, you will be responsible to help oversee day to day operations while communicating with other management and staff members.
Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and in working order.
- Manage inventory control by tracking and maintaining stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Provide excellent service for customers.
- Communicate with kitchen to ensure timely service.
- Assist in efforts related to bar operations, including food and labor cost control measures.
- Lead by example by maintaining high standards and presentation in all food and beverages served.
- Use bar/restaurant to increase sales and clientele.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending within fast casual dining is preferred.
- Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus.
- Knowledge of labor and food cost.
- Leadership skills with the ability to work together in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with guests and team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.49 - $16.91 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
