- Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
- Collaborate with sales, and creative teams to develop compelling campaign content.
- Ensure campaigns align with SHINE’s brand voice, messaging, and business objectives.
- Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversion, and revenue impact.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key campaign performance metrics (CPL, MQLs, conversion rates, ROI).
- Manage and refine lead nurturing programs to support the sales funnel.
- Digital & Social Media Strategy
- Manage paid social, search, and ad campaigns.
- Leverage LinkedIn and other B2B platforms to drive awareness and engagement.
- Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimizations.
- Event & Tradeshow Support
- Assist in planning and promoting SHINE’s presence at key industry events (e.g., SNMMI, EANM).
- Coordinate pre- and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize engagement.
- Content & Messaging Alignment
- Develop campaign copy for landing pages, email sequences, and paid media.
- Ensure messaging is tailored to different market segments (e.g., radiopharma, industrial imaging, fusion)
- Marketing Automation & CRM
- Work within HubSpot to manage workflows, track campaign performance, and segment audiences.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead scoring and nurturing strategies.
- 3 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales enablement.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in paid digital advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, display networks).
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
- Experience in nuclear, healthcare, or highly regulated industries is a plus.
