Key Responsibilities
Specific duties and responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Performance Marketing: Develop and execute paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Display, and other platforms, optimizing CPL ($200-350) and lead conversion.
- SEO & Web Strategy: Manage website updates, landing pages, and localization efforts in partnership with regional distributors.
- Marketing Automation & CRM: Leverage HubSpot to segment audiences, automate workflows, and track campaign performance.
- Content & Social Media: Build a global content strategy, adapting messaging for different markets. Drive engagement through digital storytelling, blogs, and targeted LinkedIn campaigns.
- Tradeshow & Event Support: Align digital marketing efforts with major events (SNMMI, EANM) and regional conferences to maximize visibility.
- Data & Analytics: Track KPIs, provide insights, and refine strategies to improve digital ROI
- 5 years in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or healthcare/life sciences.
- Expertise in paid media, SEO, and marketing automation (HubSpot and Webflow experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking and optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across global markets and U.S. audiences.
- Experience working with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
