Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician located in Gainesville, GA. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair of cabinetry, troubleshooting issues, providing field service to customers, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Field Service and providing Customer Service
- Ability to perform Maintenance tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Technical certification or vocational training in a related field
- Previous experience in cabinetry or furniture industry is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
