What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Architect/Project Manager position at MTW Group Landscape Architecture?
We are seeking a qualified Landscape Architect/Project Manager with a passion for creative landscape architectural design, to perform the following job functions:
- Project Management - including managing projects, design team members, project budgets and schedules
- Design - working with MTWgroup principals and clients to solve problems and set/execute design direction
- Approvals - coordinate local and state agency approvals
- Deliverables – manage and execute all project phases deliverables with the MTWgroup team
The successful candidate will be an integral part of a collaborative team and will meet the following standards.
- 5-10 years of experience as a Landscape Architect and Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Landscape Architecture
- Experience in managing team members through all project phases, from master planning and conceptual design through construction administration
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently to produce contract documents, cost estimates, and specifications
- Ability to support construction administration - including reviewing shop drawings and conducting job site observation
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with clients and co-workers with excellent written, graphic, and verbal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, and 3D Rendering
- Skills in graphic presentation
- Reliable transportation, automobile insurance, and a valid CA driver’s license in order to visit project sites and attend project-related meetings
- US work authorization
Ideally, the candidate would also
- Have a Professional Landscape Architecture license in California
- Be cooperative and open to assisting with other duties as required

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
