Responsibilities:
As a key part of our team, you will:
- Oversee and manage daily studio operations, including scheduling and appointments.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to exceed client expectations.
- Craft meaningful and fun family portrait experiences.
- Meet daily and weekly performance goals to help drive success.
- Capture and process professional-quality images that reflect authenticity and style.
- Guide clients into natural-looking poses to highlight their unique personalities.
- Edit images using advanced techniques to ensure superior results.
- Operate and maintain both traditional and modern technical photography equipment.
- Set up lighting, backgrounds, and other scene elements to meet creative specifications.
- Direct photoshoots, creating an inviting and energetic atmosphere.
- Safely lift and transport equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Interact with children and adults to capture candid, joyful moments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong photography skills, preferably with studio experience.
- Proficiency in image editing software and techniques.
- Expertise in modern and traditional photography equipment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to work effectively with children and in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
