Job Title : Technical Data Business Analyst
Job Summary :
The Technical Data Business Analyst will drive the documentation and requirements gathering process by leading discussions with subject matter experts to meet leadership's objectives. They will actively contribute to the Oracle Fusion implementation team and help establish agile best practices within the DevOps team. This role also involves close collaboration with the internal Salesforce team.
Essential Job Duties :
- Lead requirements discovery and gathering meetings with subject matter experts to align with leadership goals.
- Manage and document Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) for Oracle, Salesforce, Access, and Sage systems.
- Write and optimize SQL Server and SOQL queries, and create SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce team to document workflows, processes, and required changes.
- Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives) and manage backlog prioritization for the DevOps team.
