Key Responsibilities:

The Junior Associate Consultant is expected to be a part of the project team executing the following responsibilities:


1. Project Management:

  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support the development of project plans, track key milestones, and monitor task progress under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, organizing meetings, taking notes, and collecting information from different departments.
  • Help maintain project documentation, ensuring files are systematically organized and easily accessible.


2. Requirements Analysis:

  • Draft detailed user stories and process flows to communicate requirements effectively with technical teams.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical solutions.
  • Draft test cases from design documents and conduct usability tests to validate solution efficacy and user satisfaction.


3. Solution Configuration and Development:

  • Assist in configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform according to client needs.
  • Analyze business challenges and leverage Salesforce to develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, and data cleansing, and ensure a smooth transition during solution implementation.
  • Learn and assist in developing basic Salesforce solutions, including simple customizations and configurations under senior team guidance.


4. Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Assist with testing efforts across Agile sprints, ensuring thorough coverage of all features.
  • Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and adherence to business requirements.
  • Document and track testing results to ensure solution effectiveness and user satisfaction.


5. Data and Documentation:

  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and loading data to ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Help draft project documentation, including configuration workbooks, user guides, and other deliverables.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of project communications and actions for auditing purposes.


6. Organization Development:

  • Adhere to company policies, including attendance and on-site requirements.
  • Attain and maintain Salesforce certifications, ensuring continuous professional growth and operational excellence.
  • Actively engage in training sessions to develop expertise in Salesforce and other relevant technologies.


7. Training and Documentation:

  • Provide end-user training and documentation to facilitate smooth solution adoption and ensure continuous improvement
  • Assist in drafting project documentation such as configuration workbooks, user guides, and project reports.
  • Ensure proper training for users on Salesforce features, processes, and functionalities.

8. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and expectations are managed.
  • Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.


9. Security and Compliance:

  • Adhere to data privacy and security policies when customizing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with organizational standards and Salesforce best practices.


10. Growth and Development:

  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve Salesforce skills and maintain certifications.


11. PMO Support:

  • Support the team in developing basic elements of project plans, identifying key milestones, and assisting with task assignments.
  • Help track project expenses, monitor budgets, and provide basic data entry for financial reports.
  • Assist in preparing status reports, organizing meetings, and ensuring timely distribution to stakeholders.
  • Help maintain organized project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible.


What you will bring:

  • Desire to learn business and technology.
  • Competent in using Excel or any data management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills in analyzing complex problems, processes, and systems to propose solutions.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly express ideas verbally and in written across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree and above is desirable.
