WHO YOU ARE:
You enjoy giving the best customer service possible while taking food & beverage orders, making espressos, restocking, and other general cashiering duties.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Accurately takes food and beverage orders from a counter area or bingo gaming floor.
- Operates point of sale register, handles cash and equivalents, issues receipts, and processes transactions.
- Operates Espresso Bar and makes espresso beverages as requested.
- Expedites, delivers, prepares all ready-to-eat food items, and presents food and beverage orders to guests.
- Keeps all front production and display areas stocked, clean, and presentable.
- Assists in maintaining and ensuring proper food and beverage quality control.
- Monitors supply inventory levels and notifies management of replenishment needs.
- Follows all health and safety procedures and requirements.
- Perform cash handling duties in accordance with Tribal Gaming regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous Barista experience preferred.

Since we first opened on January 21, 1985, Muckleshoot Bingo has helped the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe launch a period of economic prosperity. We have grown from our humble beginnings as a small bingo tent located where our sister property Muckleshoot Casino now stands, into a state-of-the-art 55,000 square foot entertainment space, boasting two floors with over 1,000 bingo seats and over 500 of the hottest Vegas-style slot machines, and annually employ over 200 people from across the greater Auburn area.
