Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our attorneys with case management, legal research, and document preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information.
Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
Assist attorneys with case preparation, including organizing files and managing deadlines.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate.
Proven experience as a Paralegal or similar role.
Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in legal research tools.
