Requirements:
- Previous experience in dog bathing and drying.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling larger animals
- Exceptional customer service skills to interact with pet owners
- Knowledge of dog training techniques is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced grooming environment
- Fluff drying experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Bathe the dog according to specific instructions
- Safely handle and restrain pets during bathing
- Dry pets using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Clean and maintain bathing equipment and work areas
- Assist with nail trimming and ear cleaning as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners
- Answer Phones
- Greet Clients (Furry and Human)
- Set/Reschedule Grooming Appointments
- Upcoming Appointment Confirmations
