Maintain constant radio communication between the dredge vessel and shore-based operations
- Monitor and log all incoming and outgoing radio communications
- Operate and manage marine communication systems, including VHF, marine radio, and other communication equipment
- Relay critical navigation, weather, and operational instructions to vessel crew
- Ensure immediate communication of emergency situations or safety concerns
