What are the responsibilities and job description for the AR VR Manual tester position at Mudrasys?
Role -AR / VR Testers Manual
Location - Carnation / Redmond
Duration - 12 months
Payrate - 20 to 25$ hourly
It is anticipated over the next 6 months that the majority of the work this team will perform will be at night , so we'll want to lead with that as their normal shift hour expectations for these roles.
80% of their time outdoors = 5PM ->
20% of their time indoors = 9AM ->
Roles :
Test scenarios to ensure the product meets quality standards.
Test product on range of supported hardware (computers and VR headsets).
Test Execution with AR / VR devices
End to End Scenario testing experience
Provide ongoing Test Execution support to the developer community.
Create and modify documentation to support manual testing for custom / standard test environments.
Investigate and report software bugs, including reporting newly discovered issues and verifying bug fixes.
Maintain, improve, and expand QA tools.
Help maintain QA knowledge database and best practices.
Collaborate with Scenario Production and Engineering teams to create test plans.
Work with management team to develop and execute new test strategies and frameworks.
Requirements :
80% of the time is outdoors, 20% will be indoors.
Candidate must be able to work on-site in office space and outdoors under any weather conditions.
80% of these individuals' time will be working outdoors in any / all weather conditions barring unsafe conditions (excessive heat / snow / wind / smoke)
Physical fitness capabilities that allow candidates to safely and effectively maneuver in terrain that consists of moderate elevation gain and loss for up to six hours and / or four miles.
They will be wearing a full kit (headset, military vest, etc.)
Physically capable of assuming prone, kneeling, and standing positions for extended periods of time.
Able to travel as needed. (travel may be to the East Coast)
Military experience is preferable, like US Army 11, 19, 18 series Soldiers and 03 series USMC Marines, and NCO's.
