Partner closely with Head of Sales and any relevant Direct Sales LeadersOwn Direct Sales Induction / Onboarding for new staffIdentify a clear approach to Selling and ensure continuous Sales Skill learningEnsure Offering understanding is continually trained, updated and testedEnsure there is a generally an ongoing program of Direct Sales TrainingOwn Production of Key Selling Assets e.g. Pitch Deck, Competitor Battle Cards, Customer Use CasesLead Partner Sales Enablement for Pentaho Software Business
Partner closely with Head of Sales and any relevant Partner Sales LeadersOwn and continuously improve Partner Education RoadmapsOwn and develop Partner Onboarding processOwn and develop Partner accreditation process, content and testingEnsure any required Partner content is developed, maintained and improvedProvide support to Partners for access to training dataOwn Management of Outsourced Service Providers
Drive delivery of most L&D and Enablement needs via OSPsOwn Selection, Management and Budget for OSPsEnsure all OSP Content and Delivery is accurate, of high quality and signed offDrive Digital first approach for all L&D and Enablement
Own Digital Learning Management System and all materialsEnable LMS for internal and external partner / customer useProvide LMS training consumption tracking and reportingEnsure material is reusable wherever possibleUse AI and advanced technology to drive more efficient L&D and Enablement outcomesKey Skills Required

Strong B2B Software / Data experience and Market UnderstandingIdeally both Start up / Scale up experience and large Corporate experienceUnderstanding of Data Integration, Catalog, and Governance ProductsKnowledge of SaaS offerings, PaaS and multi-cloud environmentExperience of working with Channel, VAR, GSI / RSI / FSI PartnersLearning and Development / Sales Enablement
Previous experience as Head of L&D and / or Sales EnablementPrevious experience training Direct Sales and Partner SalesPrevious experience delivering L&D and / or Sales Enablement using OSPsKnowledge of Best Practice for Digital first approachKnowledge of Best Practice for Learning Management SystemsPersonal
