Job Title: Product Support Coordinator
Pay Rate: $26- 30/hr. on W2
Location: Devens MA, 01434
Duration: 6 months contract (possibility to extend)
Working shift: 7am - 3:30pm
Job Description:
- Product Support Coordinator will report to directly to the Repair Station manager and indirectly to the
Logistics Team Leader.
- Position will support Repair Station and Aftermarket stockroom.
- Repair Station responsibilities: (50%)
- Scheduling
- Induction
- Expediting
- Reporting/WIP tracking
- Various other duties
Aftermarket stockroom responsibilities: (50%)
- Daily Cycle count and reporting
- Aftermarket Part Transfers
- Picking Jobs / Put-aways
- General stockroom support
- Vacation / Sick Coverage for Stockroom
Requirements:
- Three years related product support experience or demonstrated ability to perform described position responsibilities.
- Proficient knowledge of computer terminal operations.
- May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player. (Determined, motivated, and efficient)
- Perseverance in the face of adversity / “can do” attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Critical thinking and the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook etc.)
