Landscape Technician

Job Overview:
MudWorx Outdoor Living Spaces is looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Landscape Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained landscapes, we’d love to hear from you. This role involves hands-on work in both residential and commercial settings, including landscape installation, maintenance, and use of various equipment. We're looking for someone who’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute to high-quality landscaping projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Landscape Installation: Assist with installing plants, mulch, sod, patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other hardscape features.
• Hardscape Construction: Help build patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, and other outdoor living features using pavers, stone, and block.
• Maintenance Work: Handle weeding, pruning, flower bed care, seasonal planting, and general upkeep to ensure properties look their best.
• Equipment Use: Operate or learn to operate skid steers, excavators, compactors, and other landscaping tools (training provided).
• Site Prep: Support site grading, excavation, and layout to ensure accurate and high-quality installations.
• Problem Solving: Help identify and resolve on-site issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with crew members to achieve project goals and maintain high standards.
• Safety First: Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized job site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
