We are currently looking for a Manufacturing and Design Engineer to join our team!

Open position is located in East Bridgewater MA
Essential functions and responsibilities :
- Daily Engineering support for all departments : Maintenance, Production, Quality, Office, Sales, R&D, and Sheet Metal fabrication shop.
- Design, fabrication, and implementation of fixtures, tooling, shop aids, etc utilizing Amada Laser cutter, precision brakes, 3D printers, spot welders, lathes, and manual milling centers
- In addition, working with outside machine shops, sheet metal shops, injection mold houses, casting, and other manufacturing technologies
- Evaluate production processes and provide solutions and help with implementation of continuous improvement projects.
- Engineering support to address customer complaints / rejections including root cause analysis, implementation of the resolution, and updates to procedures and documentation.
- Engineering support for new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain collaborative and productive working relationships with production personnel and supervisors.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with fellow team members and team leaders on daily production issues, work orders and project completions at the beginning and end of each shift.
