This is great opportunity for a Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for the day to day administration of all company benefit programs, communication and enrollment as well as providing support for other generalist functions as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform new employee benefit orientations and assist employees with their benefit enrollments.
- Coordinate employee leaves (FMLA, state, STD, LTD, etc.) and provide assistance and information to managers/supervisors and employees regarding leave(s)
- Review employee benefit eligibility and distribute/update enrollment materials
- Respond to general benefit inquiries from employees
- Responsible for medical support orders
- Assist with day to day 401(k) plan maintenance and file feeds
- Personnel file maintenance
- Assist with the annual open enrollment process – communications, system testing/set-up, open enrollment meetings, validation of benefit data and elections, etc.
- Assist in maintaining and documenting benefit process
- Assist with HRIS projects
- Assist with other generalist functions including recruiting, employee onboarding and offboarding as needed
- Other duties and projects as assigned

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- Experience with FMLA and leave administration
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Minimum of 2-3 years benefits administration experience preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Electronic Benefits system experience
- HRIS experience; Ceridian Dayforce a plus
