- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-lasting relationships.
- Assist in inventory management and product recommendations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Proven experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the lumber or building materials industry.
