Mueller Reports is a leader in property evaluations, providing top-tier property inspection reports to clients for insurance purposes. We’re expanding and looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Agent to enhance our team. What You’ll Do:

• Ensure Top Report Quality: Review and refine property inspection reports to uphold the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.
• Educate and Collaborate: Provide constructive feedback to field inspectors, helping them enhance their inspection skills and better adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Balance Speed and Precision: Develop an efficient workflow that maintains quality while meeting client deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Background in home inspections, or insurance underwriting is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong math skills for calculating building dimensions and percentages. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Tech Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general comfortability with navigating company databases or web portals.
• Availability: Must be able to commit to at least 20 hours per week and be eligible to work in the U.S.

• Equipment: A reliable laptop or desktop computer and high-speed internet connection to run our software (must run Windows or Mac OS software, have at least 8GB of RAM, and have been manufactured within the last seven years).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
