Job Description: As a Roving Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting security operations at various client sites. Your role will involve traveling between locations, checking on security guards, filling open shifts, handling any security-related issues, and ensuring all security operations run smoothly. You will serve as the main point of contact between the security team and management, providing regular updates and ensuring communication is efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit multiple locations to conduct routine checks on security personnel and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Fill open security shifts as needed to ensure continuous coverage.
• Fill in at different locations when need be.
• Respond promptly to any security-related issues or incidents that arise at assigned locations.
• Supervise and provide guidance to security guards, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively.
• Coordinate with the management team, providing updates on personnel, incidents, and any other relevant information.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including shift changes, incidents, and any issues encountered.
• Ensure that security protocols and procedures are being followed at all times.
• Assist in training and mentoring new security personnel as needed.
• Drive to different sites throughout the day, maintaining a flexible schedule.
• Assist with ensuring guards arrive to work on time.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in security supervision or a related field.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to handle multiple locations and effectively manage time.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Physical stamina to perform inspections and handle occasional emergencies.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week

• Security Supervisor: 1 year (Required)
