Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with new business opportunities, focusing on small-to-medium businesses (SMBs), e-commerce brands, and tech startups.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions, including our web development, performance optimization, and upcoming AI offerings.
  • Collaborate directly with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to refine and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures using CRM tools (Pipedrive or HubSpot preferred).
  • Represent MUELLER Solutions professionally, helping build our reputation in web development, AI-powered solutions, and performance optimization.
  • Provide regular sales reports and client feedback to improve offerings and business development efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in consulting, technology, or web development.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in a B2B environment, with experience using CRM software to manage sales activities.
  • Basic understanding of web development services or a willingness to learn enough to articulate the benefits to clients effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a client-friendly manner.
  • Interest in AI-driven solutions and the ability to position them as part of a comprehensive value proposition.

Compensation

  • Average performers earn $70,000–$85,000 annually, with top performers earning $100,000 .
  • Uncapped commission: up to 35% on one-time project revenue, 5% on recurring monthly retainers.
  • Opportunity for growth and increased responsibilities as the company expands.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling services to SMBs, tech startups, or e-commerce brands.
  • Familiarity with Austin’s tech scene or other regional markets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies to support lead generation efforts.
