Responsible for selling to current and new customers across multiplemarket segments.
POSITION FUNCTIONS*
75% Sales
- Sell to current and new customers.
- 125 (set by management) outbound calls/emails per week.
- Continuallylook for waysto expand the Mueller Sports Medicine (MSM) customer base.
- Log all appropriate customer calls/emails in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collect all information for new account setup (business history, business practices, credit application, resale tax exempt certificate, etc.).
- Investigate and research to acquire leads.
- Partner withRegional Sales Representatives to hunt new leads, expand current accounts, and attain sales appointments.
- Maintain and gain knowledge on all MSMproducts and prices.
20% Customer Service
- Direct customer inquiries and inbound reorders to the appropriate Customer Service teammate.
- Develop retail planograms working with appropriate stakeholders.
- Enter QCBDrecords for customer and product complaints.
- Review incoming orders for corrections such as price, terms,etc.
5% Administrative
- Fill out sales call tracking reports.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High level sales mentality (i.e. desire, personality, coachability, communication.
- Previous experience in customer service, telephonic sales, call centeror other related fields.
- Ability to understand and comply withthe Mueller QualitySystem and current regulatory requirements.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills; ability to stand or sit, bend or stoop, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light weights of up to 20 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read. The team member frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Position requires frequent typing.
