About the Position :
We are seeking a reliable, flexible, and organized Family Assistant with childcare experience who understands that their responsibilities will encompass a combination of childcare and household support. This unique role offers a blend of activities focused on caring for our children and helping with family-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure the children get to school on time.
Pick up the 7-year-old from school safely (walking) and bring them home.Prepare healthy post-school snacks and get the children started on homework.Assist with getting the children ready for after-school activities, including driving when necessary.Family Assistant Tasks :
Light household cleaning and organizing.Assist with laundry and meal preparation.Run errands and coordinate with contractors or service providers.Help ensure the household runs smoothly.Schedule Flexibility :
Hours will typically be 30 or fewer per week, though some weeks may require closer to 40 hours.Availability is required between 7 AM and 7 PM.
