Home Management Team Members (Live-In)

Employment Type : Live-In

Work Schedule :

  • 5-day work week (2 days off, work on weekends as needed)
  • Hours : 10 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM

Start Date : March 21, 2025

Compensation : $120,000 to $150,000 per year

Additional Benefits : Vacation, car with gas provided, all utilities paid, end-of-year gift

Living Arrangements :

  • Live-In position with separate housing. (own entrance)
  • 2-bedroom residence with an upstairs guest bedroom.

    • Main Duties :

  • Housekeeping & Laundry : Maintain a clean and organized home environment.
  • Cooking : Prepare three healthy meals per day.
  • Household & Outdoor Maintenance : Care for outdoor furniture and perform minor repairs.
  • Maintain outdoor spaces : Shovel the driveway, handle planting, and garden care.
  • Care for vehicles and boat.
  • Additional Tasks : Support overall household management as needed.

  • Required to travel internationally to the Caribbean for two months in the winter.

    • Household Composition :

  • Two adults.
  • Pets : 2 small dogs (Cockapoos).
  • Other Staff Members : Domestic couple (retiring).
