Salary Rate : $100K-$130K per year

A Hampton Bays, NY based family with 1 teenager is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented full time Property Caretaker. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, completes tasks in a timely manner, and ensures that the property remains clean, functional, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities, but not limited to :
- Inspect the property regularly and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Maintain and care for property features, including gutter spouts, stone walkways, and other outdoor areas.
- Remove debris such as leaves and sticks to ensure the property is tidy.
- Ensure the cleanliness and overall appearance of all outdoor spaces.
- Perform seasonal tasks, such as additional leaf or snow removal as needed.
- Cover and uncover outdoor furniture as required.
- Clean up debris following storms, including trash, dead tree branches, and miscellaneous items.
- Take garbage cans to and from the street on scheduled collection days.
